SN74HC4060PWR TI Counters, Dividers
The SN74HC4060 is a 14-stage ripple-carry binary counter/divider with internal oscillator. It operates from 2V to 6V and integrates an on-chip oscillator with RC or crystal control, eliminating external oscillator components. The device provides 10 buffered outputs (Q4 to Q14) and a master reset to clear the counter. Typical propagation delay is 29ns at 5V. Selection is suited for time-delay generation and frequency division without external clock source. Applications include LED flashers with long timing intervals, frequency synthesizers, real-time clock dividers, and timer circuits for appliances and automotive electronics requiring minimal component count.
