It operates from a 2-V to 6-V supply with a typical propagation delay of 12 ns at 5 V, high output drive of ±6 mA at 5 V, and low static power consumption of 80-µA maximum ICC . The device features an 8-bit bus driver with true outputs and industrial temperature range of –40°C to 85°C . Packaged in a 20-pin SOIC (DW) (12.8 mm × 7.5 mm) .
