SN74HC563DWR TI Latches

The SN74HC563 is an octal transparent D-type latch with 3-state inverting outputs, operating from 2V to 6V supply. It features latch enable (LE) that passes data to outputs when high and latches data when low, with inverting outputs. Output enable (OE) places outputs in high-impedance state for bus sharing. Propagation delay is 20ns typical at 5V, with high drive capability of ±6mA at 5V. The device provides low static power consumption typical of HC logic. Selection is ideal for high-speed CMOS bus systems requiring inverting transparent latching.
