SN74HC74QPWRQ1 TI Flip Flops

The SN74HC74-Q1 is an automotive-grade dual positive-edge-triggered D-type flip-flop with independent preset and clear inputs, qualified for AEC-Q100 applications. It operates from 2V to 6V supply and features true and complementary outputs (Q and Q-bar) for each flip-flop. The preset and clear are asynchronous active-low inputs that override the clock and data inputs. Typical toggle frequency is 25MHz at 5V, with propagation delay of 15ns. The device provides high drive capability and low static power consumption. Selection is ideal for automotive electronic control units requiring reliable data storage and frequency division.
