SN74HC86N TI Gates and Inverters
The SN74HC86 is a quad 2-input exclusive-OR (XOR) gate operating from 2 V to 6 V supply. It features four independent 2-input XOR gates with low static power consumption of 20 μA maximum and high output drive capability of ±4 mA at 5 V. Propagation delay is 15 ns typical at 5 V. Packaged in a 14-pin PDIP for through-hole mounting, the SN74HC86 is ideal for general-purpose XOR logic functions in high-speed CMOS systems.
