The SN74HCS238 is a 3-to-8 line decoder/demultiplexer with Schmitt-trigger inputs, operating from a 2V to 6V supply. It features three enable inputs (two active-low, one active-high) for easy cascading to 1-of-16 or larger decoders, and provides active-high outputs. Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC (D), it is ideal for memory device selection and chip enable applications.
