SN74HCS365DR TI Buffers, Drivers, Receivers, Transceivers
The SN74HCS365 is an octal buffer and line driver with Schmitt-trigger inputs and 3-state outputs, operating from 2 V to 6 V supply. It features six independent channels (8-bit) with active-low output enable for bus sharing. Schmitt-trigger inputs provide improved noise immunity and tolerance of slow or noisy input signals. Output drive is ±7.8 mA at 5 V with propagation delay of 9 ns typical. Packaged in 16-pin SOIC, this device is ideal for industrial and automotive systems requiring noise-immune buffering.
