The SN74HCT244 is an octal buffer and line driver with 3-state outputs, featuring two independent 4-bit buffers each with its own active-low output enable. It operates from a 4.5-V to 5.5-V supply with TTL-compatible input thresholds, high drive capability of ±6-mA at 5-V, and a typical propagation delay of 12-ns. Packaged in a 20-pin SO (NS) (10.3 mm × 5.3 mm).
