The SN74HCT273 is an octal D-type flip-flop with positive-edge triggering and master reset, featuring 3-state outputs for bus-oriented applications. It operates from 4.5V to 5.5V supply with TTL-compatible input thresholds, enabling direct interfacing with TTL logic while providing CMOS output levels. The device includes a master reset (MR) that asynchronously clears all flip-flops and a common clock (CLK). 3-state outputs are controlled by output enable (OE) for bus sharing.
