SN74HCT273NSR TI Flip Flops
The SN74HCT273 is an octal D-type flip-flop with positive-edge triggering and master reset, featuring 3-state outputs for bus-oriented applications. It operates from 4.5V to 5.5V supply with TTL-compatible input thresholds for direct interfacing with TTL logic. The device includes a master reset (MR) input that asynchronously clears all flip-flops, and a common clock (CLK) input. Each flip-flop has its own data (D) input, and outputs are true (non-inverting). High drive capability supports bus driving without external components.
