SN74LS06DR TI Gates and Inverters

The SN74LS06 is a hex inverter buffer/driver with high-voltage open-collector outputs rated at 30 V, capable of sinking up to 40 mA. It operates from 4.75 V to 5.25 V supply and features TTL-compatible inputs. The open-collector outputs allow wired-AND connections and interface with high-level circuits or drive high-current loads. Typical power dissipation is 125 mW with propagation delay of 8 ns. Packaged in 14-pin SOIC, this device is designed for driving relays, lamps, and LEDs in 5 V TTL systems.
