SN74LS14N TI Gates and Inverters
The SN74LS14 is a hex Schmitt-trigger inverter with TTL-compatible inputs, operating from 4.75V to 5.25V supply. It features six inverting buffers with built-in hysteresis for improved noise immunity and tolerance of slow or noisy input signals. Typical propagation delay is 18ns with 1.2V typical hysteresis. Output current is 8mA sink. Packaged in 14-pin PDIP for through-hole mounting. Selection is ideal for 5V TTL systems requiring noise-immune logic inversion. Applications include wave shaping for noisy sensor signals, push-button debouncing, oscillator circuits, and line receivers in industrial controls and automotive electronics.
