The SN74LV125A is a quad bus buffer gate with 3-state outputs, operating from a 2-V to 5.5-V supply. It features four independent non-inverting buffers, each with its own active-low output enable for flexible bus control. The device includes low power consumption and high output drive. Packaged in a 14-pin VQFN (RGY) (3.5 mm × 3.5 mm) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for low-voltage CMOS bus-oriented systems.
