The SN74LV244A is an octal buffer and line driver with 3-state outputs, featuring two independent 4-bit buffers with separate output enable pins. It operates from 2V to 5.5V supply with propagation delay of 7.5ns typical and quiescent current of 20µA maximum. The device provides non-inverting outputs with high drive capability of ±16mA, suitable for driving highly capacitive loads or bus lines.
