SN74LV4053ADBR TI Analog Switches, Multiplexers, Demultiplexers
The SN74LV4053ADBR is a triple 2-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer designed for 2V to 5.5V VCC operation . It features three independent 2:1 SPDT switch circuits with low ON resistance of 75 Ω typical and a -3dB bandwidth of 50 MHz . The device supports both analog and digital signal switching with rail-to-rail capability, offering low crosstalk between switches and low power consumption of 20 µA nominal supply current . The 'A' version provides improved ON-resistance matching and lower leakage currents. Housed in a 16-pin SSOP (DB) package, it operates over -40°C to 85°C. Applications include signal gating, chopping, modulation/demodulation for modems, and signal multiplexing for analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog conversion systems in space-constrained designs.
