SN74LV573APWR TI Latches
The SN74LV573A is an octal transparent D-type latch with 3-state outputs, operating from 2V to 5.5V supply. When latch enable (LE) is high, data passes through to outputs; when LE is low, data is latched. Output enable (OE) places outputs in high-impedance state for bus sharing. Propagation delay is 8.5ns typical at 5V. The device provides high drive capability of ±16mA at 5V and low quiescent current. The 'A' version offers improved performance. Selection is ideal for high-speed low-voltage CMOS systems requiring transparent latching. Applications include I/O port expansion, address latching for microprocessor systems, bidirectional bus interfaces, temporary data storage, and LED segment driving in portable industrial controls and consumer electronics.
