SN74LVC06ADR TI Gates and Inverters
The SN74LVC06A is a hex inverter buffer/driver featuring open-drain outputs capable of sinking up to 24mA and withstanding up to 5.5V regardless of VCC. It operates from 1.65V to 5.5V and features 5V-tolerant inputs for mixed-voltage applications. The open-drain outputs allow wired-OR connections and level translation to higher voltages. Propagation delay is 3.7ns typical at 5V. Selection is ideal for applications requiring logic inversion with external pull-up capability. Applications include LED drivers, I2C bus lines (where open-drain is required for multi-master arbitration), wired-OR interrupt lines, and level shifting from 3.3V to 5V logic domains in computing and consumer electronics.
