The SN74LVC126A is a quad bus buffer gate with 3-state outputs, operating from 1.65 V to 5.5 V supply. It features four independent non-inverting buffers, each with its own active-high output enable for flexible bus control. The device includes 5-V tolerant inputs for mixed-voltage translation and provides high output drive of ±24 mA at 3.3 V with a propagation delay of 3.6 ns typical. Quiescent current is 20 μA maximum. Packaged in a 14-pin SOIC, the SN74LVC126A is ideal for low-voltage bus-oriented systems requiring independent channel enable control.
