SN74LVC14ADR TI Gates and Inverters
The SN74LVC14A is a hex Schmitt-trigger inverter with 5V-tolerant inputs, operating from 1.65V to 5.5V supply. It features six inverting buffers with built-in hysteresis for improved noise immunity and tolerance of slow or noisy input signals. Output drive is ±24mA at 5V with propagation delay of 3.7ns typical. Quiescent current is 20µA maximum. Packaged in 14-pin SOIC. Selection is ideal for low-voltage CMOS systems requiring noise-immune logic inversion. Applications include wave shaping for noisy sensor signals, push-button debouncing, oscillator circuits, and line receivers in portable electronics, industrial controls, and automotive systems.
