The SN74LVC1G125DRYR is a single bus buffer gate with 3-state output from Texas Instruments in USON-6 package. Operating from 1.65 V to 5.5 V, it features 32-mA output drive, 5-V tolerant inputs, Ioff for live insertion, and low quiescent current. Output-enable (OE) active-low controls the 3-state output. Ideal for bus-oriented systems, memory drivers, and I/O expansion in industrial controls, telecom, and portable devices where a high-impedance output is required.
