SN74LVC1G74DCTR TI Flip Flops
The SN74LVC1G74 is a single positive-edge-triggered D-type flip-flop with asynchronous preset and clear, operating from 1.65 V to 5.5 V supply. It features 5 V-tolerant inputs for mixed-voltage translation and provides true and complementary outputs (Q and Q-bar). Output drive is ±32 mA at 5 V with propagation delay of 3.4 ns typical. The asynchronous preset and clear allow immediate state control independent of the clock. Quiescent current is 10 µA maximum. Housed in a 8-pin SSOP (DCT) package, this flip-flop is ideal for space-constrained portable applications. Selection is suited for data storage, state machines, and frequency division in low-voltage CMOS systems. Applications include portable electronics, data capture registers, shift registers, and state storage in smartphones, tablets, and battery-powered IoT devices requiring single D-type flip-flop.
