SN74LVC2G00DCTR TI Gates and Inverters
The SN74LVC2G00 is a dual 2-input NAND gate operating from 1.65 V to 5.5 V supply . It features two independent 2-input NAND gates with 5-V tolerant inputs for mixed-voltage translation, allowing use as a translator in mixed-3.3-V/5-V system environments. Output drive is ±32 mA at 5 V, with propagation delay of 3.5 ns typical at 5 V . Maximum quiescent current is 10 µA. Schmitt-trigger action on all inputs provides noise immunity. Selection is ideal for low-voltage CMOS systems requiring dual NAND logic.
