The SN74LVC2G17-Q1 is an automotive-grade dual Schmitt-trigger buffer qualified for AEC-Q100, operating from 1.65V to 5.5V supply. It features two independent non-inverting buffers with built-in hysteresis for improved noise immunity and tolerance of slow or noisy input signals. Output drive is ±32mA at 5V with propagation delay of 3.4ns typical. The device includes 5V-tolerant inputs for mixed-voltage translation. Packaged in 6-pin SC-70.
