SN74LVC2T45QDCURQ1 TI Translators, Level Shifters
The SN74LVC2T45-Q1 is an automotive-grade 2-bit dual-supply bidirectional voltage level translator with 3-state outputs, qualified for AEC-Q100. It operates with VCCA and VCCB independently from 1.65 V to 5.5 V, supporting universal translation between 1.8-V, 2.5-V, 3.3-V, and 5-V voltage nodes. The device features a direction control (DIR) pin to select data flow (A to B or B to A), supporting data rates up to 420 Mbps. Packaged in an 8-pin VSSOP, it is ideal for automotive push-pull level translation applications. Applications include UART, SPI, and GPIO level shifting in automotive infotainment systems, body control modules (BCMs), and sensor interfaces requiring AEC-Q100 qualification.
