SN74LVC3G04DCTR TI Gates and Inverters
The SN74LVC3G04 is a triple inverter gate operating from a 1.65-V to 5.5-V supply . It features three independent inverting buffers with 5-V tolerant inputs for mixed-voltage translation, and provides high output drive of ±32-mA at 5-V with a propagation delay of 3.2-ns typical. Maximum quiescent current is 10-µA. Packaged in an 8-pin SM8 (SSOP) (DCT) (2.95 mm × 2.8 mm), it is ideal for low-voltage CMOS systems requiring triple inversion.
