SN74LVC3G07DCUR TI Gates and Inverters
The SN74LVC3G07 is a triple buffer/driver with open-drain outputs operating from 1.65V to 5.5V. It features 5V-tolerant inputs and open-drain outputs that can be pulled up to voltages above VCC (up to 5.5V). The device provides high sink current capability of 32mA at 5V. Open-drain outputs allow wired-OR connections and level translation. Propagation delay is 2.6ns typical at 5V. Selection is ideal for applications requiring multi-channel open-drain buffering with minimal space. Applications include I2C bus buffering, LED driving, wired-OR interrupt lines, and level translation in portable electronics, smartphones, and tablets where three channels are needed in a small package.
