SN74LVC4245ADWR TI Translators, Level Shifters
The SN74LVC4245A is an 8-bit dual-supply non-inverting bidirectional bus transceiver specifically designed for 5-V to 3.3-V level translation. It operates with VCCA from 4.5 V to 5.5 V (5-V supply) and VCCB from 2.7 V to 3.6 V (3.3-V supply), providing seamless translation between 5-V and 3.3-V logic domains. The device features direction control (DIR) and output enable (OE) pins referenced to VCCA. It provides high output drive capability of ±24 mA at 5 V and ±15 mA at 3.3 V. Packaged in a 24-pin SOIC, it is optimal for mixed-voltage system interfacing requiring bidirectional 5-V to 3.3-V translation.
