SN74LVC573APWR TI Latches
The SN74LVC573APWR is an octal transparent D-type latch with 3-state outputs from Texas Instruments, designed for 1.65V to 3.6V VCC operation. It features a propagation delay of 6.9 ns max and supports 5V-tolerant inputs. The device is characterized for operation from -40°C to 125°C. When latch-enable (LE) is high, Q outputs follow D inputs; when LE is low, outputs are latched. Output-enable (OE) controls the 3-state outputs. Housed in a 20-pin TSSOP package, it is ideal for address latching, buffer registers, and driving bus lines in microcontrollers, PLCs, and telecom infrastructure.
