SN74LVC574ADBR TI Flip Flops
The SN74LVC574A is an octal edge-triggered D-type flip-flop with 3-state outputs, designed for driving highly capacitive or relatively low-impedance loads. It operates from 1.65V to 3.6V supply with 5V-tolerant inputs, allowing use as a translator in mixed 3.3V/5V system environments. On the positive clock transition, Q outputs are set to the logic levels at the D inputs. The buffered output enable (OE) places outputs in high-impedance state for bus sharing without requiring interface or pull-up components. OE does not affect internal flip-flop operation. To ensure high-impedance state during power-up, OE should be tied to VCC through a pull-up resistor. Selection is ideal for low-voltage bus-oriented systems. Applications include buffer registers, bidirectional bus drivers, and working registers in portable electronics and data acquisition systems.
