SN74LVC574APWR TI Flip Flops
The SN74LVC574A is an octal edge-triggered D-type flip-flop with 3-state outputs, operating from 1.65V to 3.6V supply. It features 5V-tolerant inputs for mixed-voltage applications, with data captured on the positive clock transition. Output enable (OE) pin places all eight outputs in high-impedance state for bus sharing without affecting internal flip-flop operation. High output drive capability is ±24mA at 3.3V with propagation delay of 3.5ns typical. To ensure high-impedance state during power-up, OE should be tied to VCC through a pull-up resistor. Selection is ideal for low-voltage bus-oriented systems requiring octal data storage. Applications include buffer registers, bidirectional bus drivers, working registers in portable electronics, and data acquisition systems requiring edge-triggered storage.
