The SN74LVC8T245 is an 8-bit dual-supply non-inverting bus transceiver with configurable voltage translation and 3-state outputs . It operates with VCCA and VCCB independently from 1.65 V to 5.5 V, supporting universal translation between 1.8-V, 2.5-V, 3.3-V, and 5-V nodes. The device features direction control (DIR) and output enable (OE) pins, supports high-speed data rates, and includes Ioff for partial-power-down mode. Packaged in a 24-pin TVSOP (DGV) (6.4 mm × 4.5 mm), it is ideal for mixed-voltage system interfaces requiring 8-bit wide translation.
