SN74LVC8T245RHLR TI Translators, Level Shifters
The SN74LVC8T245 is an 8-bit dual-supply non-inverting bus transceiver with configurable voltage translation and 3-state outputs. It operates with VCCA and VCCB independently from 1.65 V to 5.5 V, supporting universal translation between 1.8-V, 2.5-V, 3.3-V, and 5-V nodes. The device features direction control (DIR) and output enable (OE) pins, and supports high-speed data rates with a propagation delay of 3.5 ns typical. Packaged in a 24-pin VQFN (RHL) (5.5 mm × 3.5 mm) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for mixed-voltage system interfaces. Applications include memory buses, peripheral communication, and multi-voltage buses in servers, telecom equipment, and portable electronics.
