The SN74LVCH8T245 is an 8-bit dual-supply noninverting bidirectional bus transceiver with 3-state outputs and bus-hold circuitry. It operates with VCCA from 1.65V to 5.5V and VCCB from 1.65V to 5.5V, supporting universal level translation. The device features 5V-tolerant I/O and control inputs, with high drive capability of ±24mA. Bus-hold inputs eliminate external pull-up/pull-down resistors. Propagation delay is 3.8ns typical. Selection is ideal for mixed-voltage system interfacing requiring high speed.
