SN74LXC1T14DCKR TI Translators, Level Shifters

The SN74LXC1T14DCKR is a single-channel, fixed-direction inverting voltage-level translator from Texas Instruments in 5-pin SC-70 (DCK) package (also known as SOT-353, 5-pin). For selection, verify A-port supply (VCCI) from 1.1V to 5.5V and B-port supply (VCCO) from 1.1V to 5.5V, unidirectional translation with A-to-Y direction, Schmitt-trigger inputs for noise immunity and slow-edge tolerance, maximum data rate up to 420Mbps (3.3V to 5.0V), high output drive of 32mA at 5V, low power consumption with maximum ICC of 6µA over temperature (3µA at 25°C), VCC isolation and Ioff (Ioff-float) feature for partial-power-down, 5V tolerant inputs, over-voltage tolerant inputs up to 5.5V independent of supply, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Features include push-pull output type, inverting output, integrated dynamic pull-down resistors on inputs to reduce external components, and ESD protection exceeding JESD 22 (4000V HBM, 1000V CDM). Ideal for open-drain to push-pull level shifting, SPI, MDIO, general purpose I/O, industrial automation, telecom infrastructure, automotive body electronics, and any mixed-voltage system requiring unidirectional down translation or up translation between 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V nodes in space-constrained applications with Schmitt-trigger inputs for noisy environments.
