SN74LXC1T45DBVR TI Translators, Level Shifters

The SN74LXC1T45 is a single-bit dual-supply bidirectional voltage level translator with 3-state outputs, operating with VCCA and VCCB from 1.1V to 5.5V independently. It supports universal translation between any 1.1V to 5.5V voltage nodes, including 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V. The device features direction control (DIR) pin to select data flow direction (A to B or B to A). The SN74LXC1T45 supports up to 420Mbps data rate for 3.3V to 5.0V translation. It features VCC isolation and Ioff-float for partial-power-down operation. Selection is ideal for high-speed mixed-voltage system interfacing requiring single-bit bidirectional translation. Applications include GPIO level shifting, SPI and UART interface translation in smartphones, tablets, computing peripherals, and industrial controls requiring bidirectional level shifting between different voltage domains.
