SN74LXCH8T245PWR TI Translators, Level Shifters

The SN74LXCH8T245 is an 8-bit dual-supply bidirectional voltage level translator with bus-hold circuitry and 3-state outputs. It operates with VCCA and VCCB independently from 1.1V to 5.5V, supporting universal translation between any voltage nodes from 1.1V to 5.5V. The device supports data rates up to 420Mbps for 3.3V to 5.0V translation. Direction control (DIR) and output enable (OE) pins are referenced to VCCA. Schmitt-trigger control inputs allow slow or noisy inputs. Bus-hold on data inputs eliminates external pull-up/pull-down resistors. The device features VCC isolation and Ioff-float for partial-power-down operation. Selection is ideal for high-speed mixed-voltage system interfacing. Applications include memory interfaces, peripheral communication, SD card level shifting, and multi-voltage buses in smartphones, tablets, and computing systems .
