The SN75451B is a dual high-speed peripheral driver with AND logic function, operating from 4.75 V to 5.25 V supply. It features two independent drivers with 300 mA output current capability and 40 V output voltage rating. The device includes AND input logic, meaning the output is enabled only when both inputs are high. Propagation delay is 8 ns typical, with power dissipation of 500 mW. Packaged in 8-pin PDIP for through-hole mounting, this driver is ideal for interfacing TTL logic to peripheral loads.
