The SNJ55LVDS31W is a quadruple LVDS (Low-Voltage Differential Signaling) line driver from Texas Instruments, designed for high-reliability military and aerospace applications . It is offered in a hermetic ceramic package and meets the requirements of the ANSI/TIA/EIA-644A LVDS standard . The device operates from a single 3.3V supply and supports signaling rates of up to 400 Mbps, translating LVTTL/LVCMOS input levels into LVDS differential outputs . Each of the four drivers features 3-state outputs and low power dissipation . Housed in a 16-pin CFP (W) hermetically sealed ceramic flat package, it operates over -55°C to 125°C .
