ST3232CTR ST Drivers and Receivers

The ST3232CTR is a 3V to 5.5V powered RS-232 transceiver from STMicroelectronics in TSSOP-16 package, featuring two drivers and two receivers for bidirectional serial communication. For selection, verify single 3V to 5.5V supply, data rate up to 250kbps, 300µA supply current, 1µA shutdown current for power conservation, ESD protection ±15kV on RS-232 pins, and operating temperature from 0°C to +70°C (commercial) or -40°C to +85°C (industrial).
