ST3232EBDR ST Drivers and Receivers

The ST3232EBDR is a 3V to 5.5V powered RS-232 transceiver from STMicroelectronics in SO-16 package, featuring two drivers and two receivers with enhanced ESD protection. For selection, verify single 3V to 5.5V supply, data rate up to 250kbps, 300µA supply current, ESD protection ±15kV on RS-232 pins, meets TIA/EIA-232-F standards, and operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C. Features include proprietary low-dropout transmitter output stage, 1µA shutdown current for power conservation, and requires only four 0.1µF external capacitors.
