STD3NK80ZT4 ST Power MOSFET
The STD3NK80ZT4 is an N-channel Zener-protected SuperMESH Power MOSFET from STMicroelectronics in DPAK surface-mount package, featuring 800V drain-source voltage and 2.5A continuous drain current. For selection, verify on-resistance for conduction losses, built-in back-to-back Zener diodes for ESD protection up to 3000V HBM, 100% avalanche tested, low gate charge for minimized switching losses, and operating junction temperature from -55°C to +150°C. Features include integrated Zener diodes eliminating external protection components, excellent dv/dt capability, very low intrinsic capacitances for fast switching.
