The STD5NK40ZT4 is an N-channel Zener-protected SuperMESH Power MOSFET from STMicroelectronics in DPAK surface-mount package, featuring 400V drain-source voltage and 4.2A continuous drain current. For selection, verify on-resistance for conduction losses, built-in back-to-back Zener diodes for ESD protection, 100% avalanche tested, low gate charge for minimized switching losses, excellent dv/dt capability, and operating junction temperature from -55°C to +150°C. Features include integrated Zener diodes eliminating external protection components, very low intrinsic capacitances for fast switching, and surface-mount DPAK package for automated assembly.
