The STDRIVE101TR is a triple half-bridge gate driver for three-phase brushless DC (BLDC) motor control from STMicroelectronics in VFQFPN-10 package, designed for driving N-channel Power MOSFETs in low-voltage applications. For selection, verify supply voltage range, gate drive current capability, cross-conduction protection, adaptive dead-time management, undervoltage lockout for each supply, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
