The STM1815RWX7F is a low-power microprocessor supervisory circuit from STMicroelectronics in SOT-23-3 package, monitoring 2.63V supply threshold with active-low push-pull reset output. For selection, verify supply from 1V to 5.5V, reset threshold of 2.63V with ±2% accuracy (suitable for low-voltage 2.5V or 2.7V systems), 100 ms minimum reset timeout, low supply current of 16 µA typical, and operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C. Features include push-pull reset output eliminating external pull-up resistor, manual reset input, guaranteed reset valid down to 1V VCC, and excellent transient immunity.
