The STM811RW16F is a low-power microprocessor supervisory circuit from STMicroelectronics in SOT-143-4 package, monitoring 2.63V supply threshold with active-low push-pull reset output. For selection, verify supply from 1V to 5.5V, reset threshold of 2.63V with ±2% accuracy, 140ms minimum reset timeout, low supply current of 5-10µA, and operating temperature from -40°C to +105°C.
