The STM811TW16F is a low-power microprocessor supervisory circuit monitoring 3.08V threshold with active-low reset output in SOT-143-4 package. For selection, verify supply from 1V to 5.5V, reset threshold of 3.08V with ±2% accuracy, 140ms minimum reset timeout, 5-10µA supply current, and -40°C to +85°C operation. Features include manual reset input, guaranteed reset valid down to 1V VCC, and push-pull output.
