The STN3PF06 is a P-channel STripFET Power MOSFET from STMicroelectronics in SOT-223 surface-mount package, featuring 60V drain-source voltage, 2.5A continuous drain current, and 0.22Ω max on-resistance at VGS=10V with logic-level gate drive . For selection, verify built-in back-to-back diodes for protection, logic-level gate drive for direct microcontroller interface, extremely high dv/dt capability, 100% avalanche tested for ruggedness, gate charge of 21nC, input capacitance of 850pF, power dissipation of 2.5W, and operating junction temperature from -55°C to +150°C .
