The STP10NK60ZFP is an N-channel Zener-protected SuperMESH Power MOSFET from STMicroelectronics in TO-220FP fully insulated package, featuring 600V drain-source voltage and 8.5A continuous drain current (10A pulsed) for high-efficiency switching . For selection, verify built-in back-to-back Zener diodes for ESD protection up to 3000V HBM, 100% avalanche tested for ruggedness, low gate charge for minimized switching losses, excellent dv/dt capability for demanding applications, and operating junction temperature from -55°C to +150°C .
