The STP10NK70ZFP is an N-channel Zener-protected SuperMESH Power MOSFET from STMicroelectronics in TO-220FP fully insulated package, featuring 700V drain-source voltage and 8.5A continuous drain current with built-in back-to-back Zener diodes for ESD protection. For selection, verify 100% avalanche tested for ruggedness, low gate charge for minimized switching losses, excellent dv/dt capability for demanding applications, very low intrinsic capacitances for fast switching, and operating junction temperature from -55°C to +150°C. Features include SuperMESH technology optimized from PowerMESH layout for significantly reduced on-resistance, integrated Zener protection eliminating external components, and fully insulated TO-220FP package for simplified thermal management without insulating washers.
