STP10NK80ZFP ST Power MOSFET

The STP10NK80ZFP is an N-channel Zener-protected SuperMESH Power MOSFET from STMicroelectronics in TO-220FP fully insulated package, featuring 800V drain-source voltage, 9A continuous drain current, and 0.85Ω typical on-resistance at VGS=10V. For selection, verify built-in back-to-back Zener diodes for ESD protection up to 3000V HBM, 100% avalanche tested for ruggedness, low gate charge for minimized switching losses, excellent dv/dt capability for demanding applications, and operating junction temperature from -55°C to +150°C.
